Trial Class
Yes, we do provide a free 25-minute trial lesson or demo class. This gives prospective students a chance to see if they are comfortable with our class and teacher before they sign up.
Sure, you can. If you weren’t 100% on your trial lesson experience, then we’ll arrange a second trial with a different tutor at no extra charge. Simply drop us an email and we’ll be more than happy to help.
As soon as we receive the enrolment, we proceed to schedule the trial lesson.
Lessons
We offer lessons at a minimum of 30 minutes up to 2 hours. As long as your selected time falls on a 30-min time frame, then your lesson can be as long or as short as you need!
We don’t want to give false promises to our customers. How long it will take usually depends on how committed you are to learning, what level you’re at now and how you are learning.

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the lesson starts at no charge.
Yes. If you have a group of friends, colleagues or family members who are at a similar level to you and share the same language learning goals, then you can arrange group lessons by contacting us.
Your friends, colleagues or family will get a 50% discount on the lessons too! So if you pay the full price of an 20 euro lesson for example, then the other participants will only pay 10 euro to join the same lesson!
Your Spanish classes are delivered online through Skype or Zoom with a ‘live’ teacher (not pre-recorded videos). Only, if you cannot attend a lesson and you do not inform 24 hours in advance, the tutor will record the lesson, so will be able to wantch it before the next one and you do not miss a single thing!

Yes, upon agreement with your tutor.
Earn 20 euro in free lesson credit and the person you bring also gets 10% off their first set of lessons.
How it works;
You just need to send us an email and put your friend in copy. They will get a 10% discount for the purchase and your account will instantly be credited 20 euro. This amount will automatically be deducted from your next set of lessons.
If you bring us a group for the group programs, you get 20% discount on your package.
No problem! We can match you up with a new tutor or you can search through our tutor database to find someone you’ll be more suited to. Your purchased lesson hours can be used with any tutor. Some of our students change tutors every 3-6 months to get exposed to a variety of teaching styles and accents, so no need to feel guilty about changing!

Payment
Our system is based on Packages. You can select and pay for the package that is suitable for you.
Yes, you can. Our rate will still be based on the 24-hour package which is our lowest rate.
All our classes have no validity period, you can use them at your own pace and in the way you want without being afraid of losing them.
No, all classes must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
We accept payment by PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card.
Tutors
A regular tutor will be assigned to you. That tutor is usually the same one who did your trial lesson.
Yes, you can. You’ll just need to tell us your specific requirements, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes, all our tutors are Spanish native speakers.
We understand that some of our students have other commitments and sometimes need to take time out of their learning, which is why we offer Spanishlesson hours that are valid for one year.
When you’re ready to start learning again, simply book a time with your tutor on your online calendar and they’ll be more than happy to pick up where you left off!
Yes. If your Spanish tutor is not available at the hours you need, or if you want to get exposed to different teaching techniques or accents, we can pair you with multiple tutors at the same time. All tutors have access to the same class dashboard so they can coordinate the classes between each other. Simply contact our customer support.
Learning Materials
We provide our own lesson notes. If you want the teacher to follow a specific book, the teacher can do so. You might need to send a PDF copy to the teacher if we don’t have it in our database.
No, these are included in the price. However, Model Answers have to be purchased separately. As well as if the student wants to join our E-Learning Platform.
